We’re looking to get a rolling library ladder installed as a way to access our mezzanine – this ladder will need to be able to be used then should be able to sit flush against a wall when not in use. The mezzanine is currently only accessible via a fold down ladder. We also need a balustrade to edge of the mezzanine off the space so that it’s safer to be up there. The first attached image of the space now and the second is a AI visualisation of the kind of thing we're looking for. We'd be keen to see examples of similar projects people have done. And we're also looking to get quotes for the ladder and the balustrade, and including parts and installation.

I need to have the wall surrounding a fire hydrant repaired. It should only require a small cut-out, but I’m not entirely sure of the extent—so I’d prefer a professional to handle it properly. The job will need a clean finish with colour-matching to blend the repaired section seamlessly with the surrounding wall. NEEDS TO BE DONE TODAY

A power outlet in the kitchen wall is not working. Check the fuse box and the fuse is ok. Would like to know how much to fix it (ie the power point). The pwerpoint shown in the picture is the one that is not working.

Our front wall is in need of repair. The current render has come away from the brickwork and so it needs stripping back. We would like to re-render it in a smooth render. It will need to be a water proof render. It would be great if we can get this done before Christmas if possible. The wall is approximately 1.5m height and there is about 3meters of wall (including the wrap around to the side) in length. Images to follow soon.

I would like someone to remove an old awning and replace it with a new one I just purchased. The new awning is an Instahut 3mx1.5m one with plastic frame and polycarbonate roofsheets, basically the same as the old one. I am flexible as to when the job needs to be done but preference for Friday, Sunday and Wednesday. I will be able to assist if a second pair of hands is needed to hold up sheets etc. Own tools needed but I have a spare ladder as well.
