Timing is flexible but weekends are preferred. Job 1: I recently had a mirror cabinet replaced in my bathroom which required the existing power point to be removed. I need a new power point installed where the existing power point was. There is a hole in the cabinet where the wiring is, so a power point can be easily installed in the space. Job 2: Bathroom fan is not working and I would like a new one installed. Looking for a quote that includes the supply of new basic bathroom fan to replace existing fan. If the wiring is the cause of the issue, also would appreciate a quote for repairing so that a fan can be installed. Pictures can be provided if required. I also have other electrician jobs that I may need quotes on that I can discuss. Many thanks in advance.

We have recently installed a new air conditioning unit in our property, which has necessitated the cutting of an opening in the ceiling. The dimensions of this opening are approximately 200cm x 110cm . As a result of this installation, we now require professional services to patch and repair the gyprock ceiling where the opening has been made. Job Specifications: Location of the Repair: The repair is to be carried out on the ceiling where the new air conditioning unit has been installed. Size of the Opening 200cm by 110cm: The work will involve patching the hole in the gyprock ceiling, ensuring that the repair is seamless and matches the existing ceiling texture and paint. A smoke detector in our restaurant is being relocated on Wednesday, which will leave an approx 40mm hole in the ceiling above the fan (see photo 1, circled). The task is that we need a gyprocker to attend to fill this hole and paint it, THURSDAY MORNING 8.30AM. I have the paint and paint roller/brush. We have a second similar existing hole in the ceiling (see photo 2, circled) that we also need gyprocked and painted. I have the paint and paint roller/brush. You will need to bring a ladder as the ceiling is 3.2m high. I'll be on site to give access any time from 8.30AM THURSDAY. We want to start need everything early so we can finish well before the restaurant staff arrive around 1pm.

Need to hang wall-mounted bookcase, will be approx 100kg when fully loaded. There are not enough studs in the right location to do this. The task is to install additional studs and replace the removed plasterboard. We can patch and paint. 2 studs are needed. Wall size is approx 2900x2900. I have a number of holes in walls and ceilings that were made by recent works done on my house. I have about 14 pieces of cut-out gyprock (see photos) that need replacing back into their holes and plastered, ready for painting. In addition, I have a few mostly smaller holes in walls and ceiling that need patching up (see photos). One area approx 400x200mm does not have the original piece of gyprock and will need to be supplied.
