I have a old venue with a couple I believe to be plastering issues looking to have someone in to smooth out a wall and sand it, then the ceiling needs plastering/patching as it’s become crumbly in a couple spots as seen in pictures

(1) I have some ceiling holes made by an electrician that need to be patched (I have the pieces of gyprock), and a couple of smaller 10mm drill areas (2 through plaster and 2 through brick) than need to be filled with an appropriate filler. And then painted as below. (2) There are a few small patches around the areas of the holes that have glue on the wall and/or paint ripped off from previous ducting that needs sanding back/off, then painted. (3) I will provide ceiling and wall paints for you to paint the affected areas once patched. See photos. The ceiling at the highest point where most of the holes are is 3.6m. One of the areas is under a stairwell, which might be reached by a stair-compatible ladder or possibly from the stairs at the same level on the other side. See Photo of stairwell. This is a residential property, there are no access issues, it is my home. Parking: There is no dedicated parking, I can provide all-day street parking permits. Usually it does not take long to get a park during a weekday.

Gyprock bathroom ceiling Materials onsite. Edges will have cornice installed. Size is approx 1600mm x 2200mm

Secure ceiling plaster and fill gap

Fix holes in gyprock behind TV (2 x Power Points to be filled in) and some nail holes. Also one Large Power Point to be filled in and one small hole on a ceiling where a downlight use to be. All pretty small patches (4 small ones in total) plus some small nail holes. You provide the materials to complete the job.

I recently had my bathroom renovated however the tiled area above the sink is now sitting lower than it previously had, so the steel window is exposed showing the old rusted metal. It’s quite an eye sore in an otherwise freshly renovated bathroom. I need an elegant solution to fix and cover this in a nice and tidy way so it completes the whole bathroom.

Bathtub Resurfacing The tub has been previously resurfaced, so need to apply a paint stripper first if incase your product isn’t compatible with the existing coating. See photos. Mixer Ideally repair these mixers as there is a suspected leak. If not it needs to be replaced from out of the wall by removing existing mixer, install new mixer with diveter pin, and normal bath spout. If replacing will need to remove white tiles where required, Waterproof, Install new white tiles and grouting (Matching as close as possible). Unit is on Level 1 with lift access.

We need x5 gyprock patches filled

new oven installed but depth is smaller than previous so not lining up with existing kitchen. Needs to be chocked up and also needs screwed in (so it doesn't slide) and hole repairs in bathroom cement rendered wall above shaver cabinet. Hole done by Electrician to put in new light fixture

Curtain hook/ support has come out of the wall

Timing is flexible but weekends are preferred. Job 1: I recently had a mirror cabinet replaced in my bathroom which required the existing power point to be removed. I need a new power point installed where the existing power point was. There is a hole in the cabinet where the wiring is, so a power point can be easily installed in the space. Job 2: Bathroom fan is not working and I would like a new one installed. Looking for a quote that includes the supply of new basic bathroom fan to replace existing fan. If the wiring is the cause of the issue, also would appreciate a quote for repairing so that a fan can be installed. Pictures can be provided if required.
