Looking for a plasterer to: • Gyprock plaster the ceiling gaps left at the top of bathroom walls after cornice removal and floor-to-ceiling bathroom tiling (tiling completed day before) • Plaster over the timber curtain pelmet so it’s in line with the rest of the pelmet • All plastering must be smooth, flush and ready for painting afterwards. Details : Details: • Bathroom size: 2.5m x 1.4m • Ceiling height: standard 2.4 m • You must bring your own tools and materials Must be done on the specified date.

Need a draftsman to draft plans to obtain a building permit for a verandah. Need this done immediately as we are on a tight timeframe. Happy for you to come and see the property and then quote for job or quote for whole job up front. Please let me know in your offer when you can come out, and how long it will take to have plans drafted. I need all required documentation to submit to a building surveyor. Verandah will be roughly 4 x 9 metres.

We have a rendered wall which used to have a box air conditioner that was removed. We've had it bricked up and need the render patching up. Doesn't have to match perfect, but a similar finish as is possible. 70x50cm

We have a hole in the wall which needs plasterboarding/plastering on the inside and rendering on the outside. The wall has already been bricked up on the outside. The hole is about 70cm X 50cm.

A new kitchen has been installed in our property in Hughesdale. When the old kitchen was removed there was some damage done to the ceiling cornice, as well as the existing plaster above cabinetry was removed. We also had some plaster knocked within the fridge area that we would like fixed before everything is painted. In summary for this job we require: 1. Cornice to be fixed 2. Need plaster (top coat and base coat) and beads added around a cabinet cavity edges in preparation for cabinet installation. Two cavities, three side per cavity (bottom along skirting boards not required). Cavity is 2300mmx800mm. Cabinets will sit flush to the wall. Cabinets will fill the cavity so plastering only required around the three edges for each space.

Replace a pane in an existing window (timber frame) with a timber frame awning window. Ideally primed and painted 2 top coats (paint provided). Approx H960 x W650mmm - Due date: Before Tuesday, 31 January 2023

Hi All, I have quite a bit of plastering work at my unit that's being renovated. the place has been gutted so I need the kitchen, laundry, and a bit of plastering here and there. The new kitchen is basically going over exactly the same as the old kitchen so that's a very minimal job. Just the range hood is being moved over- Be mindful when quoting. Laundry- Sink going in same space, but the rest will need to be plastered- some will be covered by splash back tiles. On the last photo I'd like this old fan cut out and ceiling plastered.

Just need to plaster and paint the holes.. Also paint the main wall in pictures
