Gyprock ceiling has come off roof beams. No water damage. Just drooping. Need it to be cut, partially replaced. Accessible from a manhole and below.

Room 1 - Chimney breast - wall is 6sqm (approx) and is painted brick. Assume 10mm thick application. Room 2 - 2 x walls totaling 10sqm (approx) and are painted brick. Assume 20mm thick application. There are thirteen holes in a wall and ceiling that have been made by an electrician while changing the wiring. Each hole is c. 50x50mm and there is one trench c. 30mm wide by 3 metres long. The smaller holes will need some sort of support backing to hold the new plaster.
