Can someone please help with wall rendering? Approx 17m long wall.

General carpentry and plastering works required indoors to finish off/touch ups. Scope of works - Carpentry - - fit 3x new doors handles to timber doors (existing holes might need to be made larger - jig available) and wood filler any holes ready for sanding and paint - fit 3x new door frame strike plates (chisel and wood filleting might be required) - fit 4x existing doors with new door hinges - hinges will be supplied - fit new small skirting as per images (skirting off cut will be supplied, wood filler any gaps) - fix gap between pantry cupboards and wall Plastering - patch gap between linen cupboard and wall (could be plaster or timber, your choice but needs to be no gap and near ready for paint) - patch, trowel and sand ceiling plaster above the range hood ready for paint

Screen to be installed. Drilled into wooden post and concrete tiles on floor

Need a new Power point installed in the garage - closer to the top ceiling. Existing Power point nearby. Along the same wall. Devices it will power include CCTV accessories The wall is plasterboard

Be prepared to send it over in order to secure the job Lightweight awning to be installed across the length of the balcony about the door/window in order to make the balcony a bit more useful (see pictures attached). It's two pieces one is 2m long and the other is 3m long. Both are a full kit that come with all screws and instructions. Awning will be installed into the render. I am unsure whether the is brick behind the render or not but regardless the awning needs to be secure and weather resistant.
