Hello. My neighbour has got a new dog that is barking and waking me up early in the morning. I have had double glazing installed, but with little effect. I think the sound is coming through the roof. I would like someone who has some experience with soundproofing to look for gaps above the window (air holes or vents) to seal, and, install some acoustic insulation in the ceiling. I'm open to suggestions on the best method. Happy to pay by the hour since it's a fairly open ended job.

I’m getting noticeable traffic noise and can also feel a draft coming through the closed windows. I’ve already purchased self-adhesive weather seals to try, but I’d love someone with experience to inspect the windows and suggest or install affordable, renter-friendly improvements that could help reduce noise. I’m planning to add heavy curtains, but I suspect the windows themselves are the main issue, so I’m hoping for advice beyond just curtains if possible. Sound proofing barrier between the main house and granny flat

New town houses are going up at the rear of our house. I want to build a soundproofed enclosure for our 3 x air conditioners that are next to the new neighbours small 2m back yard. I would like 2 x 'air gapped' 100mm gap of cement sheeting built. So it is (not touching). Then install soundproofing insulation bats in between the cement sheets or stuck to one side. (i have the Bradford sound proofing bats already to use). I also have the styrofoam insulation sheets that are in the photos that can be attached too. So the person who builds it will also have to build the air gapped cement sheets on the ceiling of the enclosure and then put back the corrugated steel roof. ( I already have heaps of corrugated steel for roof). I would like the person to pull down all the current materials. So they can rebuild the enclosure. There is wooden framing already there. Although I want an additional wooden frame built to ensure its not touching. I would like it to be very well gap filled & caulked so all edges are sound proofed totally. The window that faces the road needs to be soundproofed

We have a downpipe as pictured that gets noisy at night when it’s raining from the drips that hit the bend. Looking for someone who knows what they are doing to come and insert some kind of material that will stop the noise. The downpipe is upstairs outside our bedroom. Pretty easy access but you will need a ladder to get onto the roof.
