Looking for someone experienced in soundproofing a bedroom from road noise.

Hello. My neighbour has got a new dog that is barking and waking me up early in the morning. I have had double glazing installed, but with little effect. I think the sound is coming through the roof. I would like someone who has some experience with soundproofing to look for gaps above the window (air holes or vents) to seal, and, install some acoustic insulation in the ceiling. I'm open to suggestions on the best method. Happy to pay by the hour since it's a fairly open ended job.

Hello Airtaskers. An existing bedroom in my house that was once a garage currently experiences a lot of noise entering in from the back of the house. A lot of that noise is coming through the gaps within the existing door, which is causing some inconvenience with peace within the room. Hi, we need some sound proofing / sealing of minor spaces in our treatment room. Pictures are attached. It was recommended by an acoustic engineer to minimize the sound coming from another room. Sealant needs to be white to match the wall. Approx size is 3 meters. Monday and Tuesday would be best. We are inside Salon Lane in the West End Village. We also need a long term handyman for multiple tasks - it can be a long term gig for honest / talented clients individual.
