I'm on the verge of purchasing a second-hand power amplifier (home hi-fi) from an online forum member. The amp is a Metaxas Solitaire (Australian Made) that could be upto 40 years old. Hi, I have 3 components from a 1990's Sherwood tower system, and I believe the amplifier isn't working. The three components I want to use together are the ES-2180C surround processor, EQ-2155 equaliser and the AI-2110R Amp.. They will be powering Wellings 80W fronts, their own Sherwood rears and a powered sub. Inputs will be TV (via DAC) and a turntable.. I can see the EQ screen reacting to the turntable but nothing from the speakers

Need someone experienced with car audio to diagnose and fix the speaker setup in my Isuzu D-Max. The Pioneer head unit connects to Bluetooth and plays music, and the Pioneer amplifier has power with a solid blue light. At the moment, sound is only coming through one passenger-side speaker and the audio keeps cutting in and out every second. There also appear to be some damaged/broken RCA connections at the amplifier that may need to be removed and repaired or replaced. Looking for someone who knows car stereo wiring, amps and speakers and can get the whole system working properly again. Happy to pay extra for any parts needed.

All wiring of speakers and amplifier completed just can't get the connection between amplifier and tv done, not sure where I'm going wrong.
Had difficulty setting this system up, called in the professional with years of experience and Kirk fine tuned everything to a point where I can enjoy my surrounds as it was meant to be. Thought I was going to be replacing a lot of wiring, but Kirk showed me everything was fine, the system just had to be worked properly. Saved me a whole lot more frustration thinking I could do it myself. Save yourself time and money get Kirk.
