Hi everyone! I’m hoping to connect with someone local in the Lockyer Valley who has experience with music production and recording. I’m a songwriter, guitarist and singer, and I’d love to learn how to produce my own music properly. At the moment I’ve been relying on AI to help bring my songs to life because I don’t have musician or producer friends to collaborate with. My lyrics are 100% my own—I just want to learn the production side of things. I’m looking for someone with a small home studio who might be interested in earning a bit of extra cash by teaching me for a couple of hours each fortnight. I’d love to learn things like: • What equipment I actually need to set up a home studio. • How to record vocals and guitar. • How to use recording software and other studio gear. • The basics of mixing and producing my own songs.
