Electrician needed to fix the switch board. One of the switch doesn’t come down

I’d like to install a few additional (about 8 to 10) downlights in the ceiling. There are already some downlights installed in the living room and bedroom, but I feel the lighting is not bright enough. I’ll provide the downlights. Could you please let me know your availability? Thanks.

I need downlights installed in 2 bedrooms (2 downlights each). I also want a 0% to 100% dimmer on both and a new light switch added to control the existing light, fan, new downlights and dimmer. Also, in master bedroom, we need old lights removed. Appears to be not live, but don't want to take the chance if they are. I can buy the lights etc., to make it easier for the Eletrician. LAUNDRY ROOM - Need an old light removed and moved slightly to the centre of the room. New LED down light to be installed. Bonus if you can do patching of ceiling. POWDER ROOM - installing a new wall sconce. No lighting currently exists on that wall.
