Looking for an experienced generator mechanic or technician to inspect, repair and service our Pramac P12000 petrol generator, located in New Farm (4005). Generator details: * Brand: Pramac * Model: P12000-3 * 11.9kVA, 3 Phase Petrol Generator Current issues: * Generator is not starting. * Appears to be leaking either oil or petrol (unsure which). * Requires fault diagnosis, possible repair and a general service. We would like someone experienced with petrol generators to inspect the unit, identify and repair the issues, and complete a full service to get it running reliably again. We want a generator inlet installed at the switchboard with a manual changeover switch so I can plug a portable generator in and safely power selected house circuits during a blackout. I have a gentrax gtx3500 inverter generator. Its brand new and i cant start it. I have been in contact with the supplier and they are sending me a bunch of directions. But i dont know what a spark plug is or carburetor or how to empty fuel lines? I just conected the battery but may have done it wrong. The instructions and manual are going over my head. I would like someone to get it started and show me how.
