Hi, I’m looking to get a quote to replace our existing electric hot water system with a larger unit. Like for like, just bigger. It will go in the same position as the current one. Our current system is: • Dux electric storage hot water system • Model: 125S136 • 125L delivered / 130L storage • Single 3.6kW heating element • Manufactured in 2013 • Currently connected to a timer so it heats during the day using our excess solar We’d like to upgrade to approximately 315L: Dux Proflo 315L, single 3.6kW element Ideally, we would like to retain the existing electrical circuit and timer setup if suitable, as the current system already runs a 3.6kW element. Could you please quote for: • Supply of the 315L Dux unit • Removal and disposal of the existing 125L unit • Installation of the new unit • Any required plumbing modifications • Any required new valves • Electrical connection • Checking/reusing the existing timer and circuit where possible • Compliance certificate • Total installed price including GST The new unit would be going in the same general location as the existing system. Hello, I need a gas water hester replaced with an electric water heater 200-250L basic model. I have had an electric circuit with isolator switch installed next to where the unit will be. I can provide a unit from Bunnings and pay labour and parts only or happy to have the whole thing quoted.

The hot water heater pump keeps flipping the main switch off.

Omidea water heater pump constantly runs for hours after hot water use. Once heat pump is off, water residue is seen at the bottom of the tank. Water heater pump needs to be checked and repaired.

I have a new Powerbay 200L Heat Pump hot water system to be installed at my townhouse, to replace a 125l Electric hot water system.

Our electric water heater broke over the weekend and need to be fixed. Have checked the main electricity board and the circuit breaker hasn’t tripped, so def an issue with the thermostat or something else.

Vulcan 125L hot water system is only delivering warm water not hot. Has been this way for some time but I suspect it is getting even less warm now.

Water out again Pilot light in the gas burner hot water system seems to have gone out. Flicking the switch off and on in the past few weeks would relight it and hot water would start again, but over time the water duration got less and less and now rarely works. I want new instant heater i stalled. May I get installed price?
