Looking for a fully licensed plumber to do this job. Thanks to those that previously applied, please do so again as I was not aware that the ad had expired! Wanting the job done next week, so please post offers. Thanks! 1. The pressure valve on the water heater is due for replacement. The water heater has been at the property since 2013 and the pressure release valve should be replaced every 5 years to extend the life of the water heater. 2. The tap in the shower needs a lot of pressure to turn off. As a result, the shower will drip if a lot of pressure isn't used to turn taps off.

I have a solar water heater on the roof of my highset house that I damaged a few years ago when I replaced the colorbond sheet roofing.
