One side of my bone conduction headphones has lost its protective mesh/grille. The sound on that side is now sharp and harsh, and I'm concerned about sweat or dust getting into the driver. The job is to replace the missing mesh. Please let me know if you can bring replacement materials. It's a small, quick repair. I'm flexible on timing.

My Bose QC25 (I think) wired noise cancelling headphones is only giving audio to one side. I replaced the cable but the problem is persistent. Headphones dont produce sound in left ear. Left side headphone hand shortcuts also do not work. Repair can be done off-site.

The right ear bud of the Jabra Elite 8 Active set provides intermittent audio. The sound cuts in and out when my head moves. Potentially linked to being dropped and so potentially a loose sensor/wire within the ear bud. Loud base will also cause it to cut in and out. Ear bud has been cleaned and no physical damage is noticeable. Repair is not required on site, but the physical item is required to be repaired.

I have a Bose NC700 and I can no longer charger

My headphones keep flashing orange and white continuously when connected to a charger or a laptop via USB. The Bose Software Updater detects them when plugged in, but there’s no greeting tone when powered on, and the indicator light turns off as soon as it’s unplugged. I’ve already tried both a hardware reset and a 30-second deep reset, but the orange and white flashing persists. It seems like the battery might be dead, though I’m not completely sure. I have a set of Bose headphones. I can connect to my LG smart TV but am unable to set-it up so that sound comes out the TV as well as to the Bose headphones even though it looks like it should be able to.

My Bose headphones work perfectly using Bluetooth but when using the cable I need to wiggle the jack where it goes into the Bose headphone to get it to work effectively. If so don’t wiggle it the sound is low.
