House hold maintence required. Clean gutters on main house & Granny flat, Silicon gutter holes, Restain Granny Flat Maubau Deck, Look at replacing/fixing hole in soffeit, maybe some extras.

looking for a competent jack of some trades not all are needed. must be mechanically able and have some building.welding, ability don't have to have all but preferred. mechanically competent jack of some trades. will require some ability to help with some building and be good if welding is in your accolades

Mechanics/jack of all trades needed. Need bolt out of engine block Have a 2007 ford ranger ute. Have 2 things need done. Can either be both which makes my life easier or just 1. Priority here. 1. Have 2 snapped bolts that hold the injector in. the bolt which has snapped at the bottom and needs to be either reverse tapped out or another method to get out. 2. Carbon seized injector. Have 1 singular injector at the back. Tried using slide hammer didnt work. Then we got a 10mm thick piece of steel and welded it to the injector and it snapped the steel on one place. And rewelded it and snapped the welds we put on injector. So need other ways to get it out. Have used half a can if inox so far to try free it up. Let me know whose free. Im home all week so any time of day works
