Clean verandah - remove cobwebs, leaves, wash dirt, stains etc. Including all parts (floor, walls, ceiling, balustrade, handrails, lights etc).

Remove the horizontal rails on front of verandah and replace with vertical rails. (similar look to picture) Looking for someone to do this and source materials. (will pay additional $ for materials) Approx 5m x 1.1m No painting required.
