A building inspection has shown wood decay on the trim of a patio eaves. I would like it repaired and painted.

I have a few jobs that need doing. Front gutters need fixing, unblocking, maybe replaced and some timber under the gutters replaced. One side gutter needs to be replaced about 3m in length. Back porch/patio needs to be checked and rotten timbers replaced. I am posting $500 but only so I can get quotes

There are two railings on a ground floor patio (no climbing necessary). Basically the wood has rotted away. Two railings needs to be repaired, basically the wood under the top rails needs to be replaced in the same pattern as show in the photos. Remove existing beam. Supply and install new hardwood beam. Install stainless steel box gutter (supplied). Supply and install ceiling/ wall panels and facing trim. Supply install PVC downpipe. Seal any potential water ingress points to prevent further water damage.

I’m looking for an experienced carpenter (or patio/pergola installer) to line/cover the underside of my patio ceiling for a clean white finished look. Current situation Patio has exposed joists/rafters underneath (see photos). Downlight wiring has already been installed by a licensed electrician (wires are ready). I now need the ceiling lined and finished underneath. What I need done Advise best material for outdoor patio ceiling (white, clean look) – I’m open to fibre cement sheets or PVC lining panels. Install battens if required. Supply & install ceiling lining (or install only if we agree I’ll supply materials). Cut-outs/holes for the existing downlight locations. Neat edge finishing/trims so it looks professional. Please include in your offer Your recommended material option (PVC vs fibre cement) and why. I require a quote to build a low level patio deck, to replace the existing pavers. The total deck area will be 24m2. It will sit approx 15cm above ground. It may need to sit slightly away from the house, so as not to obstruct the brick weep holes. Will consider either composite or merbau decking, depending on cost difference. Build a patio ceiling out of VJ board. Approx 6m x 3m. We have had a new roof installed over the existing frame. We now need a ceiling built with sides and end properly finished to cover the frame. Not sure on price. Thinking it’s about 2 days work. I will pay for materials separately.
