The top self of the wardrobe wire racks has come out of the wall, pulling out some of the drywall with it. Need to fix or replace top shelf and holes in the wall. Ideally would love the job completed as soon as possible.

3 holes in drywall around 8 x 8cm that is close to the ceiling

Builing a room under the house. approx 6x2.5m low ceilings. Will being hanging double layer of 16mm drywall which i have already purchased. both sides of wall needs drywall to be hung as well as the ceiling. The drywall is heavy so will probably need to use a lift. I can also assist where possible (walls are double layered as i'm trying to sound proof the room)

Need some holes fixed in drywall in order to paint interior of a unit: One large hole measuring approx 450x300mm. One medium sized hole measuring approx 150x300mm. One large crack measuring approx 280x150mm. There are some other much smaller holes and cracks around the unit, but these three are the priority as I cannot begin painting until they are repaired and I am not confident in being able to fix them myself. Matching the repair/patch to the surrounding wall colour is unnecessary as it will all be painted over anyway, so it doesn’t have to look pretty as long as it’s flush and strong.
