I took out the static build in desk in this alcove and was left with what is now seen in 70% of the photos, along with some other ceiling patch works etc. I am looking for an experienced trade professional or tradesman to repair/replace damaged drywall inside a small alcove nook, patch a few ceiling blemishes, and carry out the final painting works. Scope of Work: 1. Plastering & Prep (Walls, Ceiling & Floor Base): please ensure the wall has been replaced with new plasterboard where needed, plaster, paint & finish. The corner of the floor also needs finishing and work done to make it look finished. Happy to take suggestions on how this could be approached. Ceiling Patches: Patch, flush, and sand a few small ceiling blemishes (a couple of old anchor/screw holes, screw marks around a downlight trim, and one short hairline crack). 2. Painting Finish: Prime/undercoat all newly plastered wall and ceiling repair zones. Apply two coats of near matching paint to the entire alcove area and the affected ceiling sections so the patch repairs blend in perfectly with no visible patches or flashing. Requirements: Must bring all your own trade tools, Gyprock sheets, tape, compounds, drop sheets, rollers, and brushes etc Must deliver a premium, smooth, tradesman-like finish ready for handover. Clean and tidy work practice—please protect the tiled floors and clean up all plaster dust and paint splatters before leaving. Updated - Removal of replaced materials and rubbish also. Looking to get a 50-inch LG TV mounted safely and securely on drywall. Hi. I need the cabinets to be removed along with the oven. The cabinet is attached to a cosmetic wall that is not attached to the ceiling (see photos), therefore not load bearing. I need this wall to be cut down to the same level as the balcony walls next to it. There’s a couple of electrical points on the wall, you can relocate it, isolate or remove it. Plaster the wall back so it looks like a half wall, no painting required. No rubbish disposal as I will keep the cabinets and oven. Thanks
