Need a customise arch shaped shelves and glass partition wall with frame +door installation

I need a carpenter or a builder to replace the frames around a double opening door in a granny flat and a frame around a window and they could be more work after I get this done. The granny flat has steel frame but wooden frames around doors and windows.

We need the framing, skirt and architrave of our laundry door removed and replaced with a quality timber substitute and painted. Door frames, skirting and architraves in our house are made from MDF/ glue laminated timber, a low quality product. See photo for detail.

The wooden door to my garage has come off its hinges due to the door frame wood rotting out. This piece of the wood will need replacing before the door is reattached. I assume wood will need to be drilled into the block walls.
