My garage door is making noise when opening and closing. It seems that some of the hinges may be loose or damaged. We previously attached a flat plate to secure the panel, but it appears to be coming loose again. My garage door suddenly wouldn't open yesterday. I checked it myself. When I press the button, the garage door's pull rod moves slightly, attempting to pull the door, but it seems unable to move it, then it stops again after 1-2 seconds. I restarted the power supply, but it still doesn't work. The house is about 10 years old. Payment will only be made on the condition that the repair is fully completed and the issue is completely resolved.
