We live in a duplex got a division wall between my neighbours I need to sound proof my side to give us privacy from noise and sound.

I need a bedroom wall soundproofed. It's 4.5m wide and about 2.7m high and currently gyprock. I can hear the next door neighbour coughing every night and would prefer not to. I don't know whether to strip the wall, insulate inside and use soundcheck gyprock or if maybe I should use green glue and another layer of gyprock. Or something else? Please tell me your proposed approach when quoting. It's a ground level apartment.

I live on the lower level of an older house and need some level of soundproofing between them. I dont think there is any insulation between the floors and when the occupants and their cats move, its quite loud.
