We want a fold down/out clothes line but will need to get the Dayek Hills Hoist cut/taken out of the ground. Came with the new house - 2 months old. If you need a hill's hoist, here is a working one available. Paying for your removal of it.

I have removed a Hills Hoist out of the ground and it has been broken in half. The middle pole and concrete base needs to be taken off the property and disposed (I will keep the small upper arms). See 2 photos attached. You will need to cut off the small upper arms. The concrete base is very heavy - you will likely need a small jackhammer to break the concrete base down to smaller bits for transport. Budget is $80 no more to pay. Thank you.
