The cornices in two upstairs bathrooms have fallen down as the bathroom walls are tiled up to the ceiling and the cornices were only adhered to the tiles and they adhesive failed and gravity did the rest. Approximately 25m cornice to be supplied and installed.

The cornices along the ceiling of the ensuite bathroom are unstable and require replacement. In fact, as shown in image 1 and 2, one cornice has peeled off. The opposite cornice along with the shorter cornices are also peeling away as evidenced by some cracking as shown in the image 3 and image 4. Professional replacement of all 4 cornices is required.
