The sink’s drainage is leaking, please help me fix it

Looking for a qualified and reliable plumber to help with the following: • Connect a front-loading washing machine • Supply and install (or advise on and install) a suitable laundry sink and tap • Ensure all plumbing is properly set up with correct drainage and no leaks **there is current plumbing in the wall -- see photo We’ve just moved in, so the space is a bit of a blank slate – will need your help to either supply the necessary parts/sink or let us know exactly what to purchase. Remove and dispose of existing leaky kitchen sink mixer tap (limited space around sink, see photos). Install new Ikea kitchen sink mixer tap and clear silicone around bench penetration.

On Wednesday, 23rd April, I need a plumber to remove these sink taps before 1pm. A glass panel will be installed in that spot between 1pm-4pm. The taps will need to be reinstalled at 4pm. See photo attached.

replace my kitchen sink with a new one

I have two bathroom sink plugs that are not functioning. I would like someone with experience to fix these. I couldn’t tell you if these plugs are meant to be click clack or flip top as neither of them have worked since we moved in. Bathroom A) plug completely jammed, unable to pop up or down or move. Sink is not functioning. Bathroom B) plug not jammed, but not fixed. Unable to pop up or down - not fixed/ attached to sink. Sink cannot be plugged because I’m too worried it’ll jam. I would love for both of these plugs to be fixed, and to be shown how to maintain and care for them so it doesn’t happen again. I would also like for the plumber to look at the catch under the both the sinks and clean them for us. I am unsure if this has been ever been cleaned. If you could also please show me how to clean and maintain it. If you could please let me know your thoughts/plan and if you need any extra information.

My driveway has two spots where the pavers have sunk. Both around 75cm across. One of them is quite deep around an inch or two, the other is very gradual and not much of a problem. Would like a quote to fix just the bad one, or both. Would be looking for someone with experience in this job, making sure to have the tiles perfectly level with each other to prevent tripping hazards.

Hello! I am moving into an apartment and need some plumbing work done. 1. The left side of the kitchen sink is draining water even when the plug is in. I’ve tried changing the plug, even bought a new plug but same problem. The right side is fine. The internet tells me I need a plumber :) 2. I want to change the shower fixture in my ensuite. It currently has just a shower head that comes out of the wall. I want to change it to a shower head that also has a hand held shower with a diverter. I need your help to tell me which fixtures to buy and then to please install them for me. I added a (very bad!) photo of the current shower head.

Need PVC pipe leak to be fixed. It is currently leaking at the top and bottom seals of the pipe. This occurred after clearing the P trap of hair and putting the pipes back together. Have tried to fix myself but have not been able to do so. May need an 0 ring replacement.
