Clean gutter put in gutter guards

There's a big crack in the plaster of the wall between my unit and the next. I'd like the whole wall replastered and sound insulation put in the wall at the same time. The wall is approximately W425cm H240cm. It would be better if you could paint the wall too.

Cover the 6 inch diameter hole in the corrugated iron roof, and clean the leaves, debris. Just had the flue pipe and soffit removed, which left a hole in the roof. The hole needs to be covered up with similar material. Roof: corrugated iron. See photos Ignore $5 quote. Send me an offer
