After a licensed roofer/plumber to repoint the ridge capping on my tiled roof. The old mortar pointing has cracked and deteriorated with age, causing tile movement and possible water entry. Work is to remove the loose/damaged pointing and apply new flexible pointing compound to reseal and secure the caps. I am attaching a photo of my roof before I installed the solar panels.
