Hi, I’m looking for someone with experience installing 4x4 accessories. I need help with two things on my Nissan X-Trail T31 (2010): 1️⃣ Install a nudge bar • I already have the nudge bar and the mounting brackets/bolts. • It was previously installed on another X-Trail, so it should fit my car. • The job would be to mount it properly to the chassis and make sure everything is secure and aligned. 2️⃣ Rotate / reposition rooftop tent • I have a rooftop tent already mounted on the roof racks. • I need to change the orientation (rotate it so it opens in a different direction). • This will probably require loosening the mounting brackets, rotating the tent, and securing it again. • I can help lift the rooftop tent if needed. • All parts are already available. • Looking for someone with proper tools and experience with roof racks or 4x4 accessories. Please note, this job is for after the 10/10/25 We have some rust damaged downpipes that require replacement and storm water solution required for one side of the house. Currently one of the pipes is draining into the soil via some bricks

Downpipe has detached from gutter. Replace pop and downpipe, securing drainage into stormwater outlet at the base.

The angle of the gutter has slightly changed and water is not draining to the down pipe

Got my roof top tent from kings. They put the roof top with box on my roof rack. Didn’t help with installation. Need someone to bring it down. Install it and put it up. Should not be too hard. After a clean on our gutters. 3 bed house. We are on a hill but otherwise access is easy to the roof.

We are installing solar panels but there is a pool heating system on the roof which is to be removed. Just to let you know the system is not in working condition.

Replace mortar on terracotta roof

I have a roof leak that needs to be sealed off requires flashing silicon and rivets. The roof leak has already been identified. Just need capping/flashing ordered and installed.

Help the pilot has gone out in our ducted heating unit which is up in the roof. I climbed up there yesterday but could not manage to fix it. There is a flashing red light on the electrical current unit just have to someone to relight it for me. Kind regards, Kerry
