My garage roof is leaking and I need help repairing it with colourbond - like for like. I am looking for someone practical and experienced with roofing, timber framing and general building work to come and inspect the project and provide practical advice on the best way to proceed. I will purchase and supply the EZ Glaze polycarbonate roofing sheets myself. I need you to: * Adjust/modify the existing roof structure to create the correct slope/fall for water drainage. * Adjust/add the timber battens/rafters so the spacing is approximately 600 mm, suitable for the EZ Glaze sheets. * Ensure the structure is strong, properly aligned and ready for the roofing. * Install the EZ Glaze sheets. * Install all necessary flashing, joiners, fixings and seals for a proper weatherproof finish. * Supply and install a suitable gutter along the lower edge of the pergola, including the required downpipe and connections. * Ensure rainwater drains correctly into the appropriate drainage area. * Clean up the work area after completion. Important: I will supply the EZ Glaze sheets. Solar panel cleaning for 44 panels in total, spread over two roof levels. There are 32 panels on the single-storey section of the roof and another 12 panels on the loft (second storey) section. Panels just need a general clean to clear off dust, dirt and bird droppings so they're back to full efficiency. Power and water are available on site for you to use free of charge, and I have ladders, pressure washers and the cleaning solution as well so i can supply all the gear or BYO.

We need a roof plumber to fix a few holes in our tiled single storey garage roof. It’s caused damage to the ceiling plaster which we have now replaced. The holes were discovered while the plaster was off. There are 5 visible holes, one on each corner and one in the highest point in the middle as pictured.

The homeowner has matching replacement tiles available. The crack has been temporarily sealed with roofing silicone to keep the area weatherproof.
