Paint the trims on my brick home. Everything currently brown needs to be painted in Dulux Monument. House is 3 bedroom single storey - slight slope on land so one side is higher but can be reached with ladder from ground. Includes approx 8 large windows (some shown in pictures) and gutters and posts on front porch. You will need to supply all materials - I will supply the paint.

Wanting quotes! Some roof tiles have been damaged during a tree removal. Approximately 5-6 roof tiles need replacing on a single story house. I know there are at least 2 tiles at the property but rest will need to be sourced. As this is being done on a rental property, I will need a receipt from the person who does this. The pergola downpipe currently goes nowhere and we need to get this connected to the storm water. We would also like install a strip drain between the pergola concrete and pool concrete to connect to the same drain.
