Need a new downpipe installed and plumbed in under the house

We need a roof plumber to fix a few holes in our tiled single storey garage roof. It’s caused damage to the ceiling plaster which we have now replaced. The holes were discovered while the plaster was off. There are 5 visible holes, one on each corner and one in the highest point in the middle as pictured.

Very tall ornamental pear trees overhanging our fence. Require them to be cut back safely and without damage to fence/property, and waste taken away. There is about 30m. 2 storeys high in some spots.
