There is a large pipe leading from the gutter to the water tank. The pipe itself looks okay, but the end where it was attached to the gutter has broken. Tasker to provide all materials, i.e. new gutter attachment, new pipe if required, etc.

A roof leak that is due to a metal roof small section that needs silicone to seal gaps.

Need to replace 3 roof flashing around the pipes through the roof that support the pergola and then seal with silicon. There is a slow water leakage during heavy rains from two of the existing flashings so best to replace all three. See photos.
