Please ignore the $10, it will be more than that but not sure how much. I need a roof top tent fitted. I have put it on top and secured it enough to drive around but it is not secured enough for off road, need some one to either re do it or finish it up for me. It is an unbranded roof top tent that I got at a auction a year ago and it an awkward fit. Let me know the price and I'll accept the one who can do it asap

The valley is currently clogged with debris, and some tiles may need repositioning or resealing. ✅ Scope of Work • Clear out leaves and debris from valley • Check flashing and underlay for damage • Rebed and repoint any loose or shifted tiles • Apply valley seal or equivalent to ensure proper water flow • General inspection of surrounding tiles for water ingress risk

Fix of the following items. 1.Upper storey down pipes discharging onto lower storey roof areas. 2. Valley irons are rusted. 3. Bedding and pointing to ridge caps is cracked and dislodged in multiple areas. 4. Lear gutter to the front right elevation of the lower storey roof area, must discharge onto a soaker flashing.

As per photos a small section of the pointing has come loose at the bottom of the valley, around 50cm has broken away. As a result tiles have slipped and I’m struggling to lift tiles and insert the one which you can see sideways. No tiles are broken although I have plenty of spares. I need this fixed ASAP to avoid future rain getting in.

There are 2 roof leaks that need fixing, as water is dripping inside the house and needs attention to prevent further damage. This task ideally needs to be completed, latest by the end of 1/11/24. Ideally someone with prior experience with this would be great!
