Needing something to help with noise travelling through a temporary partition wall between bedrooms.

House is c. 5.9m wide. Front and back gutters are standard gutters. Check box gutters down one side of the house.

There is a hole in the gutter down pipe that needs patching with silicon. Need a ladder to get to the pipe.

I need my gutters cleaned at my house. Details on the size and number of stories of the roof are in the picture description. Part single part double stories. The gutter in the backyard has accumulated a lot of leaves and dust because it is close to a gum tree, while the gutter in the front yard is relatively clean. No gutter guard installed. Additionally, there is a hole in a section of the gutter, and another hole in the part of the roof that extends outward. I have marked them in the pictures. They need to be repaired or replaced.

Licensed roof plumber needed for roof leak repair (and if possible other general plumbing and bathroom ventilation works) Main/urgent issue for roof plumber: recently purchased property has rusty screws on side of metal roof which is slightly lifting off and sealant deteriorated - small leak into the roof/wall cavity. Building inspector said it should be a quick fix and not major but could get worse if not fixed soon. Other roof and general plumbing issues to assess and discuss (can be completed at a later date or by another Tasker): - Gutter needs cleaning and assessment/solution for ponding - Some rust on metal roof which may need attention - Current bathroom fan not powerful enough and venting air into a well insulated attic which may be trapped instead of exiting via whirlybird - needs assessment and potential installation of better ventilation mechanism - Hot water overflow pipe not connected to anything so could just leak and pool against perimeter walls - Potential for ponding against perimeter walls during rainfall - need to assess whether to add in some better drainage/create runoff on side of the house We are currently in the settlement period for this property and can only gain access at certain times. Preference for Tue 14 May 10am or 11am for quoting and/or temporary/urgent fixes to the main issue (roof leak/repair).
