1985 Toyota Hilux extra cab roof lining replaced

We need our Barge Boards on our home’s gables restored, ready for painting. In particular, the timber piece that connects the barge board to the Terracotta tiles has rotten and needs replacing. Refer images. We have 5 X gables on our home that require restoration. Two of these are on a second story (again, refer images). I'm looking to get some old concrete ridge/hip tiles rebedded/repointed. This is in advance of works needed to clean and paint the roof. Please see the following images, but you would also probably need to make an assessment once here about any further rebedding/repointing that would need to be done.

The down pipe is not aligned with the adaptor which is causing water to leak. See the pictures for details. Looking for an experienced person who can fix this properly. Please message how you plan to fix this issue. Thanks
