1985 Toyota Hilux extra cab roof lining replaced

We need our Barge Boards on our home’s gables restored, ready for painting. In particular, the timber piece that connects the barge board to the Terracotta tiles has rotten and needs replacing. Refer images. We have 5 X gables on our home that require restoration. Two of these are on a second story (again, refer images). Gutter clean, Rake leaves on front lawn and side deck.

There is a missing concrete tile on the roof which is causing a leak. I will need this concrete tile supplied and installed. Will also need re-dealing again.

I'm looking to get some old concrete ridge/hip tiles rebedded/repointed. This is in advance of works needed to clean and paint the roof.
