Patch drywall hole in roof

We noticed water seeping through the ceiling around a downlight. There is visible moisture and slight staining forming around the light fitting. We suspect this may be related to roof flashing, gutter overflow, or waterproofing issues and would like an experienced roofing professional or licensed plumber to inspect and identify the source of the leak as soon as possible. This is a double-storey house. Roof access is available.

I have a 2010 Teague one. The roof lining is sagging. It has been tried to be repaired and there are some contact glue marks that need to be removed. The headlining then needs to be attached to the ceiling of the car.

We need to inspect our roof for a tapping noise during windy weather. Our roof is very difficult to access, that's why we are thinking about a drone. We don't know what causes the noise. Before we can call any trades for repairs, we need to figure out what is damaged or loose or broken.

I would like to make this side fence more soundproof to eliminate traffic noise. Not sure if metal or wood backing to each part of the fence but am open to ideas. Would also consider a vinyl wrap or something similar if it will help with noise. The gate still needs to open and close normally so I think 3 separate backings will be needed. And it needs to look aesthetically pleasing!

I need to have new solar heating elements/tube put on a roof. (The previous owner removed them to install solar panels). There is a 11 m x 5 m roof available to install solar heating. The piping to the roof and pump are still in place. I'm available Monday, Wednesday or Friday for inspection.

Guttering needs modification as leaves built up in this area causing roof to leak. Flashing required under/over tiles to ensure it runs off roof. Separately, there is another leak or two most likely from a broken tile that needs repair(allow 30 mins to walk on roof and look for problem on roof and at base of chimneys).

Tall 2 storey house, plus garage with carport needing gutters inspected, cleaned & flushed out (includes removing old plastic gutter guard inserts where installed). Will need a long ladder to access (most sides of house pretty clean, one side in particular I know is clogged). Garage gutters have more debris (see pics). Appreciate photos taken at end of job.
