I have a rental property where the external eaves/soffit panel under the roof overhang has partially collapsed and is hanging down. Job is to prep (sand) and paint the roof suffit and fascia of front of house (the white part between the gutters and brick). We will provide paints, ladder, sanders etc. Just require you to show up and complete. The area is approximately 25m length and at its highest point approximately 4m.

Fix the balcony floor 1.5m x 2.4m . Currently has temporary stilt/poles with timber support preventing furtherdamage/risk. Tiles fixing and rendering required as part of the overall repair to the balcony floor

Approx 14 clear plastic roof sheets to be installed over a walkway/porch. All the framing and battens are complete. Just need to drill/install the plastic sheets in as i can cut them to size. All materials supplied (can supply tools as minimal if required). Approx 30 mins or work.

My roof flashing (led) came loose and created a gap between flashing and second story exterior wall. Replace the flashing with new ones and seal the gap.

A fibreglass panel blew off. Profile is about 256mm wide rib to rib and 38mm deep. The panel that blew off was about 500mm wide (2 ribs)and 5300mm long. Don't care if it isn't the same profile, don't mind if it's steel or fiberglass, just want it covered, neat and not leaking.

Installation of insulation to close gaps in roof insulation. There are four (4) separate gaps in the existing roof insulation that require closing with insulation material. All gaps are in close proximity, but are separated by structural columns so we need someone to seal each gap individually with insulation material. We have the insulation material just need someone to do the job.
