Wall construction (important) • House built in 2010 • Wall is lightweight cladding (render over foam/cement sheet) — NOT brick • No stud directly behind the current failed screw locations • Existing screws appear to be biting only into render/foam Work required • Assess wall cavity / structure • Re-secure the panel using an appropriate fixing method (e.g. structural fixing or exterior-rated cavity anchor) • Do not reuse failed holes without proper remediation • Seal old holes and seal over new screw heads Sealing requirement Fixings must be weatherproof and sealed with exterior polyurethane sealant (e.g. Sikaflex 11FC or equivalent) to prevent water tracking behind the panel. A panel of the plastered ceiling has fallen down due to water damage. The leak has been fixed but the section of the ceiling that fell needs to be replaced. It's roughly 2mx1m in size.

I started putting this shed together but got frustrated and left it to finish over the summer break. I’ve since had wrist surgery, so I can’t finish it myself. I’m looking for someone to finish the assembly and place it on pavers I’ve already laid. The space is a bit awkward and narrow, but totally doable. Hi all. I have a water tank in our courtyard (broken pump so we want to get rid of it). I'll need it drained and removed. I'm happy to dispose of it just mainly need it drained and disconnected. The water tank is fine so happy if you want to actually keep it. I'll need quotes from qualified plumbers only to do the job as on-top of draining and disconnecting the water tank, I need the gutter drain pipe re plumbed as well, there is a drain on the ground in the right floor next to the tank. I need someone to clean the gutters of a double story townhouse. Approx 6m high, the gutting is about 8mx8m of cleaning. I don’t mind if the person has no experience, you just need a high ladder and something to scoop up leaves/dirt.

I'm renting a unit with an attached brick garage. I'm a musician playing mostly guitars and bit of drums, and I'd like to soundproof the garage to at least around a 25db reduction across most relevant frequencies. This is not meant to be permanent, so ideally looking for a way to make the soundproofing structures removable and reusable in the future, as much as possible without dramatically increasing costs. I do not expect state of the art soundproofing - it's ok if things can be heard a little on the outside. I just need enough to allow me to practice without disturbing the neighbours too much. While the walls are brick, the roof is bare insulation, and the the garage door swings open outwardly and is metal. Concrete slab floor. The dimensions are approximately 485 L x 264 W x 224 H. There are a two columns that stick out from either wall, around 11 L x 23 W. I am happy to be flexible with price if acoustic sound treatment can also be included. A seperate quote would be great.

We have a weatherboard house on stumps in Brunswick West and need someone to install and secure with stapled strapping Earthwool Floorshield underfloor bats. Details: - The area is approximately 110sqm - We will supply the bats and strapping (and a staple gun if required) - the work is labour only - Access is from the side and it is a sloped block - height clearance ranges from about 1m on the lower side to about 30cm on the higher side (see pictures) - About 1/3 to half the bats have been installed but not secured before I realised I was a bit out my depth with working at the tighter end of the space alone - I would ideally like the job done ASAP given materials are here but would need to agree a time in advance so we can arrange to have the power off as required - Happy to arrange a quick inspection if required to properly cost the job
