Hey! I'm looking for some help with my bathroom reno in my first-floor unit in Windsor before I move in. Bathroom is approx 3 x 2m. We will be doing the demolition/removal of old tiling prior to a check-up of the shower plumbing with conversion to a mixer tap, then also to waterproof. Form 43 required please. Would be helpful if you could help with levelling the floor to make sure sloping is within guidelines. Would appreciate advice re open vs closed shower in terms of cost/practicality in this space. My shower has been leaking for ages. We first changed the cartridges and then the knobs but the leak continued. I was told by a builder a Valve Resitting should fix it. The kitchen tap has very low water pressure, the tap was replaced less than 12 months ago, it may be that the hose is crimped blocking the water flow. The cupboard below the sink have some surface mould, this needs to be throughly cleaned please with mould killing cleaning product. The water also doesn't get hot like it used to from this tap so I would like to fix that also
