1)Install new small wall hung vanity in downstairs bathroom, as well as new taps to vanity and shower. Pipes/taps underneath existing vanity may need to be moved to fit inside new vanity unit and make good. Also install new shower head 2) install new laminate bench top to laundry, install new sink taps, and new cupboard doors

Install a new Caroma Liano II pull-out sink mixer (tap supplied), replacing an existing kitchen mixer. The current tap causes noticeable pipe shudder/vibration when turning the water on (not off), likely fixed by installing the new tap, I’d like this investigated and resolved as part of the job if possible.

We removed an old connection to an old water tank. Now we need to run a downpipe from the gutter down the side of the house. Hole in the gutter already exists.
