I have a rainwater tank with an overflow pipe that goes to a second tank. Where the pipe enters the tank, it is leaking - tried siliconing it but it started leaking again. Need collar/flange and proper plumbing adhesive (not silicone)

I am wanting to replace the Cistern Outlet Valve on a toilet to eliminate a leaky seal. I have purchased the replacement outlet valve but could not figure out how to remove the modern cistern.

Install a towel drying rack and replace a bath tub cold water knob.

Advised by plumber that source of leak at back right shower screen (ie where the toilet is) is leaking shower screen and should look at getting the shower screen resealed.

Tap washers need replacing

Install new toilet seat (caroma luna). Also swap out shower taps.

Fix or replace the broken shower head holder. This was originally supplied from IKEA

Reroute existing water pipes

When the hot water is turned on there is a loud screeching sound that comes from the tap. Also there's an intermittent knocking sound that comes from the hot water unit. Need a licenced plumber to inspect and advise on repairs.

Stop the shower from leaking. Both hot and cold water knobs are turned off but water still continue to flow through the pipe. There is a stopper currently preventing the water from flowing out.
