The cold tap in my bathroom has no water flow. I had the same issue last year and it was caused by a broken washer blocking the water. I think the same issue is happening again. I would also like the washer replaced for my dripping shower head.

A hot water tap on the kitchen wall is broken. The rotating handle that turns left and right can no longer be fixed in place.

I can't set up my washing machine because I have no tools to screw in the drainpipe and the water facets.

I want to have a bath installed in a corner section of my bathroom. There is already existing plumbing and drain in the location, but it might require minor adjustments and tiling. Need to repair a slow drip in my shower head. I believe the leak is caused by a worn out o ring or washer on the wall spindle tap. Please see photos attached. Please also allow to clear silicon seal the cover plate once the repair is complete.
