Need a licensed plumber to fix a laundry cold water tap with no water flow. The cold tap turns on but produces zero flow — only occasional drips. Hot water tap works fine. Likely a blocked or seized valve inside the tap or pipe. Located in an apartment laundry (easy access under the sink). Task: diagnose the cause and restore proper cold water flow. Please bring necessary tools and replacement parts (cartridge/valve if needed). It would be great if you can come after 5pm. If not, i’ll arrange the time to suit yours.

After flushing you can still hear the water dripping.The septic tank is built in behind the wall, hence why a qualified plumber is required to come out identify the issue and rectify it.
