We've isolated the leaking pipe with a ball valve (see photo), and are looking for a plumber to: • Divert the cold water line into the current hot water line to bypass leak • Utilise existing hot water line under sink as cold supply • Supply and install 15L Stiebel Eltron hot water system, which would involve supplying and installing a double power point (standard 10 amp) under the sink. I will supply the unit. • Supply and install all necessary fittings, valves, and pipework Work will need to include: * Fully compliant installation (ACT regulations) * All materials and labour, except for the unit (I will supply) * Removal/cleanup of any waste * Work to be completed in a single visit where possible Our address is in Gordon ACT

Outdoor garden tap leaking from join in tap connection to metallic pipe.

We are interested to have taps in the 2 bathroom washbasins, kitchen sink, bath tub, and laundry sink change to mixer taps. They are currently in the old style in Hot and Cold two taps, and it's difficult for children to do handwashing. Aside from the sink taps, we also have two traditional shower arms in the bathroom. We are interested to have it change to dual shower outlets (head shower and handshower). Date can be flexible upon discussion.
