Move new heavy washing machine/dryer from garage into laundry (includes 5 small steps). Machine is approximately 160kg!

Need to have a vulcan quasar flued gas wall furnace removed including the flue and taken away. From memory the gas has already been capped. I do have spare roof tiles. Single level unit. Also need my leaking shower fixed too, can't work out if it's both the hot and cold or just one of them but would prefer both to be looked at and sorted. It should be a fairly straight forward job however it will likely include modifying the length of the adjoining pipe underneath to fit the distance between the new sink drains. Both Rinnai controller panels inside the home are off and no lights. External Gas water heater unit still has working/tested power, and makes noise when hot water tap is opened, but no hot water. Other gas in house works fine. Need fixed on Saturday Quoted $ does not include replacement parts etc

No hot water, it’s a gas hot water system. When you turn on the electric switch located on the hot water unit, after few minutes it trips safety switch.
