Install Cartridge for basin mixer. The tap is not broken, just needs the cartridge installed in it. Seat fixing caps/ pins for toilet seat cover. We have all the parts, just need someone to come in and do the job

We have had an automatic sprinkler system installed a few years ago. But I’m concerned the sprinkler heads are not the right ones or adjusted properly - and it is not reaching all the grass and is dying. Need someone to have a look, adjust and replace the sprinkler heads and configure it all properly. I’ll obviously reimburse for parts needed so that’s not included in the budget.
