Install/Replace Section of Exposed DWV Pipe. Please refer to pictures and video attached. The outlet pipe from AC compressor was connected into the drain water pipes. It seems the main drain pipes has some hair line cracks and every time it rains the water now leaks from this main drain pipes down into the main entrance. My assumption is to cut the top and bottom section of existing drain pipes and replace to fix this leakage. Please note the AC outlet pipe has now been removed from the drain pipe and drains into the balcony normal drain (this is not shown in the pictures)

The shower taps are very stiff and hard to turn on. I need someone to inspect, clean, or adjust them so they function smoothly. They are not leaking. Possibly needing to be cleaned, lubricated or washers replaced.

We have a pipe (kitchen waste water) and water supply line that is blocking the installation of a dishwasher. We are looking to have both pipes moved to run along the back of the cupboard to allow a dishwasher to be installed.
