Install a new hot water system (Rinnai B26) for a 2 bedroom apartment located on 1st floor of a small apartment complex. Plumber needs to extend existing gas line in garage ground floor basement by approximately 9 metres from the existing point to the new unit to be located in outside courtyard. Gas line / pipe diameter is 32mm wide. Gas line will need to penetrate the tile substrate through a hole to above ground in courtyard. Hole will be available before job commences. Pipe through hole will need to be siliconed to avoid water leak through to basement. Hot and cold water lines already installed by a previous plumber using PEX 20mm piping. **I WILL SUPPLY THE HOT WATER UNIT ** Plumber will need to provide certification for Body Corporate.
