I am seeking a licensed plumber to install a Rinnai B26 continuous flow gas hot water system onto a steel fence located in an outdoor apartment courtyard. Plumber will be required to provide VBA LICENSE before job offer is approved. Seal penetration point with silicone to prevent water ingress into garage. We have a pipe (kitchen waste water) and water supply line that is blocking the installation of a dishwasher. We are looking to have both pipes moved to run along the back of the cupboard to allow a dishwasher to be installed. Bathroom renovation finishing off, original plumber not able to get back until after next week and I’m keen to get this finished and functioning ASAP! Toilet, shower with mixer tap, vanity sink (bench top not yet attached so can be moved out of the way) and mixer. All fixtures and fitting already placed behind walls in correct positions just need final fitting.

My Miele dishwasher is showing an F11 fault (think it has to do with the filter) so it’s creating a bad smell and not working. Also my kitchen sink has snapped and needs to be replaced. I think just the spout needs to be replaced not the entire tap set. Need this done ASAP
