After fixing a new shower hose assembly, water keeps leaking from the connector.

I have a water leak at the bottom of the toilet seat.

There is a sewerage smell in both bathrooms reasonably often. Both toilets are clean - but the smell seems to be coming from the floor drain for the wet areas. I think the pipes need flushing. They haven’t blocked. But I think there is a partial obstruction. Three short townhouse. Bathrooms on ground and middle floor. Kitchen on top.

The old water tap is loose. Need someone to help buy a new fit one and change.

Fit-off/replacement of plumbing fixtures to a powder room. All fixtures are supplied by owner. Rough-in has been completed. Scope is: -remove existing toilet suite and install new (Kado Lux Close Coupled Back to Wall). Water inlet is in correct place. Existing sewer waste location to be reused. -install wall mounted slimline basin (Roca Ona Wall Basin). Noggings are already within wall -install new bottle trap to wall basin (Mizu Drift Bottle Trap 40mm Chrome) -install mixer tap to wall basin (wall outlet flange required by plumber) -install pop-up waste to wall basin Must be licensed plumber, with decent Airtasker rating. Install available anytime from 5th August Off-street carparking provided for free. No lift access. Apartment is on level 2.

Diagnose and fix drain leak in one side of double sink (one side doesn't leak, so it's fairly minimal area to check & fix: the leaking side moves around so think it needs to have new silicon, fairly simple, though I could be wrong) + swap out old toilet seat for new (provided) + swap out old vanity tap for new (provided).

The water pipe behind Ice machine came out and needs to be installed back in properly so that it doesn’t leak. Its a simple fix so if some one can come in asap that’ll be great.

Need to instal 2 shower panels, instal 1 taps instal, shower windows to be fixed , 3 chrome bidet spray to be installed, 1 toilet seat to change .

I need help fixing a toilet seat that is slightly misaligned (see photo attached). It just needs to be adjusted or tightened properly.

Something blocking the filter cap and I don’t have the tools to get to it. Should be a pretty simple job with the right tools

We need a qualified and licensed plumber and gas fitter to help us with the below tasks for our new kitchen.(sorry I keep trying to post pictures but it doesn't save it in this listing) * complete required plumbing for the new kitchen sink - see mixer and overmount sink in the picture. The drain is in base/floor of the cabinet. * complete plumbing required to install the dishwasher (to the left of the sink cabinet) * connect gas stovetop (to the right of the sink cabinet) - the gas switch is in the sink cabinet as pictured. Note the gas and water fittings are in the wall as pictured, so they will need to be taken off so we can place the backing for the cabinet onto the wall/cabinet. Aircon unit in the apartment has a couple of issues. -not heating -no pipe running to a drain from the condenser, so water pooling underneath it leaving moisture coming into the house and damaging walls/beams. -the drain is roughly 10-15m away. -We don’t think there is excessive moisture being created by the condenser, it just has nowhere to go.

Hi there! I’m looking for someone to help me set up an inflatable spa on my balcony. Here’s what I need: 1. Assistance setting up the inflatable spa. 2. Help filling it up with water — there’s no water supply on the balcony, so a hose (around 5 metres) needs to be connected from the washing machine tap inside. 3. The current tap head might not fit a standard hose, so it may need to be replaced or adapted. Need it done by today .

Four of the taps and/or pipes are leaking. One in kitchen and two in bathrooms.

Tenant reported the basin mixer loose in the apartment, still functioning and no leaking, need someone to attend and tighten the mixer on site, you will need to contact the tenant directly to arrange a time. You will need to contact the building manager to isolate the water supply to the apartment.
