The shower is leaking. The shower head was recently changed so it could be an issue with the taps. When managed to close the tap really very tight thats how the leak stopped but if we open it again then it’ll become hard to close.

The shower is leaking when not on. From what I can tell, the problem isn’t the shower head or exterior hose as it leaks without those attachments on. Just want to see if someone knows how to do a quick fix and if I can avoid replacing the whole unit.

Upstairs shower is leaking water into the garage downstairs. Have already tried filling small gaps in the grout with silicon for testing, however leak persists when shower is used - including when water is left to run directly down drain and isn’t splashed up into the grout cracks. 1) Mount a 55" TV on the wall. Mount has been purchased and comes with a template for screwing holes in the wall. I have attempted this myself using a stud finder but I failed, 3 of the holes don't have a stud behind them. You will need to locate the studs and let me have a think if the TV can still be centered on the wall in its new position. If I still want it near my original position, I may request that you go to the Bunnings nearby (3.2km away), get the required pine and plasterboard, and fix up the original holes I drilled. I will pay for the materials (including reasonable excess). 2) Mount shelves on the wall underneath the TV. Shelves are the black ones shown in one of the photos. I have 2 sets of shelves, so a total of 6 pieces. 3) Mount a rectangular mirror on the wall. 4) Fix a toilet seat that came off. Let me know your rates. The $5 budget I stated on this post is NOT my real budget. I just don't know what to expect. Location is in Yarraville 3013, near Francis St.

The toilet pipe it seems has been damaged in the backyard that needs fixing. Assume the tasks are: Excavate approx 1.5m expose drain where broken piping is, Cut out section remove tree roots Instsll new PVC piping and connect to existing 100mm pipe. Raise inspection shaft to ground level Test & Backfill. Or like Excavate down approximately 1.5m to access damaged sewer piping. Expose area around the broken pipe with tree roots in it. Cut out section of pipe. Install new pvc piping and connect to the exisiting 100mm pipe. Raise inspection point to ground level. Support piping with screenings.

The bolt/screw at the back of the toilet that keeps it upright has broken. I need to have it replaced and the toilet realigned.
