Hello! Just over past week hot water in house is not where it usually is (showers are cold!!) and pressure is lower - think it might be something to do with the tempering valve ! Have turned off/on at electricity switch, and at the heat pump. Heat pump tank hot, confirmed w pressure relief valve Looking for a licensed plumber to come when suits them, sooner would be preferred - Sunday but can wait Monday if needed thank you :) Happy to adapt price dependent on what needs to be done.

Hi there, I need a plumber to map out where the pipes should go for a new bathroom. Once that is done the carpenter and tiler can make a start . Then we would get you back for fit off. Toilet will stay where it is and it will be a walk in shower. There was a bath in there so the east will have to be moved to the right. Thank you. The plumbing under the kitchen sink need to be redone. Recently bought my first home. The plumbing under the kitchen sink is a home job and is leaking at a T junction. Need it to be redone. Leaking from the cold water not the hot.

Our Asko dishwasher has a F11 water outlet error showing. I've tried cleaning the filter and detaching and flushing out drain hose but neither of these has fixed the problem.

Toilet is constantly leaking water in toilet bowl. I’ve tried changing the seal on the flush valve but to no avail. Not sure if the complete flushing mechanism needs changing or just the seal. Price negotiable based on work required

I pulled a stump out in the front yard and burst the main water pipe. Luckily house is under renovation and not needing an urgent repair. Just need 2 crimp connectors to replace around 1m of pipe. I actually have some pipe.. so bring 2 20mm connectors and your crimping tool and we will be good. Pipe has been dig out and ready to be fixed. Perfect job if your driving down st georges rd thornbury sometime this week and want a q4 minute break

Toilet water leak and not filling up water to flush

We have an old 80s toilet with a leaking cistern in our upstairs bathroom that needs replacing.
