Looking for someone to fix the following in 1x Bathroom in an apartment. -Remove existing floor waste -Remove existing hob tiles -Remove and re-screed cement bed, where required -Fit New Puddle Flange to Floor waste -Fit new villaboard where required. -Waterproof, including flexible bandage (bond breaker) to all joins -Retile the floor and bottom 1-2 rows (where applicable) of the walls, including inside, outside and top of the hob -Inject sealant to Perimeter, & vertical 1st-row grout joints of bottom row tiles -Apply beading of flexible sealant over the top of the MG14 around the shower floor perimeter -Apply light grey grout to floor grout joints. -Seal around tap spindles. -Fit new up to 100mm metal waste grate -Floor Tiles Size 300mm x 300mm, Colour white -Wall Tiles Size 300mm x 600mm, Colour white -Hob Tiles Size 300mm x 300mm, Colour white -Supply & Fit Tile Trim to Edges of Hob or / Finish Tiles with a Mitre edge **Must have an Australian Business Number and a history of good reviews doing similar work. **QBCC is licenced and needs to provide form 43.
