Find an experienced plumber in Morningside

Plumber is installing my new hot water system. Old system already disconnected and removed. It’s just the electrical connection on new tank.

Hot water taps and shower are only generating warm water. Upstairs water pressure seems low also.

Vent pipe from bathroom has fallen due to wind. Just needs to be re-clipped onto roof. Will need a long ladder as it’s on second storey of house.

Install double S fold curtain tracks in bedroom above balcony sliding door (we have the curtain track and curtains already) 2. Cut 2 x dual roller blinds rollers down to correct size needed. You will need to supply and do this with the correct tools - eg a grinder 3. Install the above dual blinds into other bedroom 3. Replace a shower head (we have the shower head already. The existing shower head is on very tight and you will need the proper tools to take it off, and you will need to supply plumbers thread to replace it with our new one).

We have a leaking shower head at our workplace, and the toilet is currently not flushing properly. Need someone to fix both please! Will add photos tomorrow.

Installing a new 250ltr electric hot water system to replace the existing 24yr old faulty one. We require two towel rails to be reattached to the bathroom wall. One of the racks was reattached at the end of last year but it has come off again. This is a small job but we need it to be done well. In addition, we would require a new shower head to be attached to the current shower fixture.

Replace hot water tank pressure release valve

The toilet seat screws have rusted/corroded and fallen into the toilet base. Unable to get it out without the right tools. Then need toilet seat reattached using rust proof screws.
