There’s significant dampness under the sink that’s been present since last year. I’ve lodged with the real estate so many times yet nothing has been done yet. Had to organise Dunrite Decon myself to come out and do a fogging treatment for mould. Under the sink still leaks of these particles and it smells so musty. I can’t use anything stored under here unless I scrub hard to clean first. I am hoping there are some businesses on here that can help. Initially just want an assessment and quote done first and then will proceed to the work being completed.

Blocked toilet. Still flushes but toilet water rises really high, especially when big flush button is clicked.

I'm trying to replace both bathroom sink pop up basins, both 32mm with overflow. Did it before and worked easy. This time it keeps leaking. Got the new parts and thought it was the O-rings being rubbish so got better ones but same problem, still leaking from the seal. Only 10-20 minutes work for someone who can see what I can't, which is probably just needing sealant. New parts already supplied.

Replace existing shower mixer for customer supplied mixer diverter. Tiles have been removed for access

I need someone to come and: - Swap the position of Fisher & Paykel washer and dryer - dryer to be moved to right and washer to left - Will need extension hose for washer which will be further away - Heat pump dryer to be plumbed into sink so I dont have to empty it Washing Machine keeps showing an error about the pump filter, however it is not blocked so feel it could be a kinked hose. Need it done between 9am - 2pm - ideally ASAP

We’ve got a loose bathroom sink tap and hoping someone can pop round and fix ideally before we go away on the 4th.

Shower dripping. Need 2 washers changed for taps. Have 2 types washers which one them of was used last time.
