Leaking bathroom tap. Unsure if tap can be repaired or requires a new tap. Job to be completed from Tuesday Jan 27.

Toilet is leaking into the basin, may be a loose part of replacement needed. I am accepting of offers of $180 - $200, which allows for about $40 worth of AT fees in addition to the quote. Thanks

The bathroom looks like it needs a new shower valve cartridge as the temperature for the bath and shower keeps going cold then suddenly hot but mostly just cold particularly at night. Also the handle needs repairing. See photos.

The Bosh dishwasher is blocked and not draining.

Our kitchen tap (franke) has no water coming out of it - just had dishwasher repaired and was told the mixers are rusted and the tap is loose - most likely needs to be replaced - photos attached. I need someone to replace a faulty or loose connector piece under my kitchen sink. The part needing replacement is the white plastic nut and drain connector that attaches the sink drain to the pipe system (highlighted in red in the images). It appears to be leaking or even when tightened it’s not tightening properly and I’d like this piece replaced. The job should be simple for a plumber or someone experienced with sink drain plumbing.

Remove fixed shower head and replace with new hand held version.

Need to empty the 50lt electric hot water tank located within the apartment

I live in an apartment The shower appears to be leaking into the roof cavity of the apartment below. From 3pm today ideally.

Dripper system on apartment deck has a leak and needs to be checked/repaired no and timer set up properly. Drippers to 10 potplants. Length of main tubing around 15m - may need to replace. Location East Melbourne. Cost of materials extra.

The system needs to be replaced. One of the mechanisms is spraying water and the tank won’t refill so we’ve had to turn it off. It just seems to be spraying water out of one of the parts of the mechanism into the tank but the tank is not refilling.

My fridge has been leaking outside and inside - we believe it’s condensation as the seal is potentially broken.
