Replace two shower heads with purhcased rain shower heads and one tap, plus install one kitchen tap with those purchased

Our kitchen tap (franke) has no water coming out of it - just had dishwasher repaired and was told the mixers are rusted and the tap is loose - most likely needs to be replaced - photos attached. Ceiling light globe in the toilet needs to be replaced, ladder needed to reach/unsure of fitting - photos attached.

I need to swap out my kitchen faucet. I’ve already purchased the replacement, just need help with the replacing.

I need someone to replace a faulty or loose connector piece under my kitchen sink. The part needing replacement is the white plastic nut and drain connector that attaches the sink drain to the pipe system (highlighted in red in the images). It appears to be leaking or even when tightened it’s not tightening properly and I’d like this piece replaced. The job should be simple for a plumber or someone experienced with sink drain plumbing.

Remove fixed shower head and replace with new hand held version.

Need to empty the 50lt electric hot water tank located within the apartment

I live in an apartment The shower appears to be leaking into the roof cavity of the apartment below. From 3pm today ideally.

Dripper system on apartment deck has a leak and needs to be checked/repaired no and timer set up properly. Drippers to 10 potplants. Length of main tubing around 15m - may need to replace. Location East Melbourne. Cost of materials extra.

The system needs to be replaced. One of the mechanisms is spraying water and the tank won’t refill so we’ve had to turn it off. It just seems to be spraying water out of one of the parts of the mechanism into the tank but the tank is not refilling.

My fridge has been leaking outside and inside - we believe it’s condensation as the seal is potentially broken.

Install wallpaper in powder room / toilet area

Tap takes more turns to turn on and also difficult to turn off completely

I need a high quality job for new fridge to be connected set up properly including washing through the new connection to water for water / ice. F & P fridge Will require a small hole to be drilled through kitchen cabinetry to allow water pipe to pass. This needs to be done expertly without any damage. Will need to bring bucket etc or whatever else tools required. Delivered today. The cupboard in question is next to fridge. I've attached photos of what the water connection looks like. ( I presume it's water - please look at pictures)

Dishwasher will not drain - have cleaned filter and checked pump impeller is not blocked. When running, pump makes noise but sounds like it is blocked/struggling. Dishwasher shows “check water” error and then stops cycle with water left in the sump. Would like someone to check/clean the drainage and get it running again.
