Find an experienced plumber in Coburg

Looking for a qualified and liscenced plumber to help diagnose and fix an issue with our hot water pipes. When we first use the hot water (eg from the tap, shower, dishwasher etc) there is a loud knocking sound under the floor. The kitchen tap also shudders when turning the water off. Friday this week works best but we can do weekend.

Our shower has hot water but it runs out of hot water more quickly than before. It’s a 250L electric hot water cylinder.

1 - A leak was found from my oven, so the valve connecting was been closed off. Now, there is no leak but I do need the problem fixed. 2 - I have a mixer tap that needs installation. Flex with dates.

The toilet lid is loose and broken, and likely needs a replacement.

Hello, looking for a handyman to fix a leaking u-bend beneath the kitchen sink. Leak started last night when I removed the u-bend to troubleshoot a dishwasher issue, but wasn’t able to re-install it correctly. I’m pretty sure there is no problem with the plumbing itself, just needs someone with some know-how and time to get it reinstalled properly. There are no blockages and the plumbing is relatively new. Preference for today (anytime) or (less preferable) tomorrow. Need 1-2 hours notice so I can coordinate with the tenant. Thanks kindly!

Leaky tap (change washer) Water in basin not draining Shower head bracket is broken (may need replacement)

Clean all gutters from roof and drain all water. Decommission of hydronic heating system (we no longer use it and water in pipes circuit are leaking and causing humidity issues), close water coming into hydronic system and drain all water out from hydronic pipes circuit. Check humidity issues on mezzanine and walls to find what is causing the damage.

Disconnect water coming into the hydronic heating system and drain all water out from the pipes circuit of the hydronic system. Make sure no more water stays there. We don't use the hydronic system anymore and is causing humidity issues. Check humidity issues and repair to prevent future damage.
