Hello, looking for a handyman to fix a leaking u-bend beneath the kitchen sink. Leak started last night when I removed the u-bend to troubleshoot a dishwasher issue, but wasn’t able to re-install it correctly. I’m pretty sure there is no problem with the plumbing itself, just needs someone with some know-how and time to get it reinstalled properly. There are no blockages and the plumbing is relatively new. Preference for today (anytime) or (less preferable) tomorrow. Need 1-2 hours notice so I can coordinate with the tenant. Thanks kindly!

Clean all gutters from roof and drain all water. Decommission of hydronic heating system (we no longer use it and water in pipes circuit are leaking and causing humidity issues), close water coming into hydronic system and drain all water out from hydronic pipes circuit. Check humidity issues on mezzanine and walls to find what is causing the damage.

Disconnect water coming into the hydronic heating system and drain all water out from the pipes circuit of the hydronic system. Make sure no more water stays there. We don't use the hydronic system anymore and is causing humidity issues. Check humidity issues and repair to prevent future damage.

Something seems to be behind the drum (?) Seal for drum is peeling. Water is leaking!

Moving 2x 15mm pipes and taps (hot and cold) 900mm lower and 400mm to the side so they are hidden behind a new sink cupboard. Would like 2x combination valves fitted so washing machine can run off the cold tap from under sink. Also capping off 2x 10mm taps. Most of it has been demoed already can do the rest this week if needed, just need plumbing work done and i can make good after. Cheers

Leaking toilet, new one purchased. Need it replacing

Need help unblocking a half-blocked bathroom sink. The sink has a screw plug and a crossbar inside the hole. See photo for plug type. Also need help fixing a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink. Looks like one of the hot/cold taps rather than the dishwasher. See photo for pipes. Also the water pressure in the kitchen is high on hot, but low on cold. Not sure if that can be fixed, more just a bonus if you know what's going on.
